Tadeja Frank is the founder of Orchid Consulting and a seasoned Director of Operations, known for bringing calm to chaos and clarity to complexity. With nearly 20 years of experience in federal consulting, human resources, and operational strategy, she has supported businesses ranging from Fortune 500 giants to fast-growing small enterprises. Her career began in corporate HR, leading domestic and international teams for global consulting firms, where she built systems, shaped policies, and navigated the intricate balance between people, compliance, and performance.
In 2011, she launched Orchid Consulting with one goal: to help visionary business owners scale sustainably—without losing control, burning out, or disconnecting from their purpose. Her approach is strategic but grounded, blending operational rigor with a deeply intuitive understanding of people and process. She has partnered with founders to streamline operations, align teams, secure government contracts, and create infrastructure that supports long-term growth.
